Importa Merchant API
Merchant collections, dynamic virtual accounts, and payouts. Dynamic-account webhook deliveries require a 2xx acknowledgement and are retried with exponential backoff for timeouts, 429 responses, and any other non-2xx response; deduplicate using eventId.
